Spring guide plate

Spring guide plate is an important part of vehicle suspension system.

Structure design:

The spring guide plate is usually in a long strip shape, and its shape and size are designed according to the spring specifications of different models. It is generally installed between the vehicle chassis and the plate spring, and is fixed with both through a specific connection.

The guide plate is usually provided with a groove or raised structure that is matched with the spring to ensure that the spring can move in the correct direction during the movement and prevent the spring from being offset or misaligned.

Some spring guide plates may also be designed with reinforcing bars, weight reduction holes and other structures to improve their strength and reduce weight. 

Material selection:

High strength steel is one of the commonly used materials for spring guide plate. The steel has high strength and hardness, and can withstand the greater pressure and friction generated by the plate spring in the process of movement. At the same time, the steel also has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be used for a long time in harsh working environments.

Some high performance alloy materials are also used in the manufacture of spring guide plates. These alloy materials usually have higher strength, better wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can meet the requirements of some high-end models or special working environments.

In addition, in order to reduce weight and cost, some spring guide plates will also be made of non-metallic materials such as engineering plastics. These materials have the advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance, and low cost, but may be relatively weak in terms of strength and wear resistance.
