Cast steel pulley has high strength and wear resistance, which is suitable for heavy load and high-speed operation. Cast iron pulley cost is low, but the strength and wear resistance is relatively weak, suitable for light load and low speed operation occasions. Alloy steel pulleys have higher strength and wear resistance, and are suitable for special requirements.
