With the continuous maturity and development of China's construction machinery industry, leasing has become an important development trend for China's construction machinery industry in the future. The trend for the leasing industry has already arrived.
Looking globally, the sales volume of the leasing industry in the markets of developed countries such as Europe, the United States, and Japan has reached 100 billion US dollars, with extremely high leasing penetration rates. The leasing penetration rate of earthwork products is over 50%, and that of aerial work platforms, tower cranes and other products is even as high as 90%. It can be seen from this that as a construction machinery market, China has a very promising future and vast potential in the leasing field. At present, China's construction machinery manufacturers, agents, construction units and leasing enterprises have all entered the fray and are actively making arrangements for leasing business. Some leading leasing enterprises in certain segmented industries have begun to stand out.
In order to further enhance the influence of leasing-related enterprises in the construction machinery industry, establish corporate brand images, promote leasing-related enterprises to effectively utilize exhibition resources, and directly communicate and connect with equipment managers of central enterprises in the construction industry and existing exhibitors of BICES, and to promote close interaction among manufacturers, leasing companies and users, and integrate existing industrial chain resources, the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, as the organizer approved by the Ministry of Commerce to host the International Leasing and Technical Equipment Expo, has decided, after research, to specially add a construction machinery leasing exhibition area in the BICES 2021 Beijing Construction Machinery Exhibition (from September 14 to 17, 2021). Now, all leasing-related enterprises are sincerely invited to participate in the exhibition.
Meanwhile, the leasing exhibition area specially invites all the listed enterprises such as the "Top 10/20/100 Chinese Excavator Leasing Companies", "Top 10 Aerial Work Platform Leasing Companies", "Top 10 Tower Crane Leasing Companies", "Top 10 Comprehensive Leasing Companies", "Top 10 Financial Leasing Companies", and "Top 10 Mining Equipment Leasing Companies" recommended by magazines like "China Construction Machinery" to participate in this exhibition. Relevant lists will be released at the exhibition.
